Kim is an attorney with extensive global Food Additive and Food Labelling experience and has practiced law since 1997 in areas of international business, food and agri-business and regulatory compliance. She spent over a decade with a reg-tech startup as Director of Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Counsel, COO, and Vice President.
She also served as lead in numerous projects with major food, beverage and dietary supplement companies. Kim is admitted to the Louisiana and Florida bars, an Alternative Dispute Resolution Professional, and the founder of Intentional Legal, teaching meditation to lawyers and neutrals.
